Yes, recurring subscription products automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless it is cancelled prior to the renewal period.

How do I update my payment information?

Web subscribers: Navigate to Account → Pro Membership → Edit payment info
iOS subscribers: Update the payment method associated with your Apple ID through Settings → Apple Account → Payment & Shipping

Do you offer refunds?

Our subscription services are generally non-refundable. We encourage all customers to take advantage of our free trial period to ensure our service meets your needs before subscribing. How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

We currently offer a monthly and yearly plan of our Pro membership. To switch between these plans, navigate to the My Pro Subscription section of your account where you can manage your membership.

Can I change my plan in the middle of a billing cycle?

Yes, you can change between monthly and yearly plans at any time. However, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not prorate subscription costs when changing plans.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Web subscribers: Navigate to Account → My Pro Subscription → Cancel Subscription
iOS subscribers: Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Find our app → Cancel Subscription
Please note cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before your renewal date to prevent being charged for the next billing cycle.
