Roles included but were not limited to: • Finding of & booking location • Acquiring necessary insurance & permitting • Liason between cross-functioning teams & companies • Hiring of all vendors including DJ, catering, Brand ambassadors, production assistants, AV equipment, furniture rentals, trash pickup, etc • Budgeting, bookkeeping & paperwork filing
