I scouted and secured the venue and talent, arranged tv interview and promotion on CBS/CW31, drafted agreements for talent, set-up ticketing service, managed cash/ budget/payment of talent and vendors, planned flow of event from beginning to end including outfits and timing of models on walkway, determined rental needs for stage/chairs/tables/lighting/sound.
