Editorial
When System invited us to envision an editorial in CDMX, the most important thing for me was the chance to juxtapose local and global elements. I wanted to literally play with Mexico's presence in the world, using a theme park on the outskirts of the city as our set, while also collaborating with int. designers, incorporating their pieces into a space that exists only in Mexico: the house my great-uncle, Juan Monterrubio, built in the EdoMex. Photo by Zora Sicher, styled by Victor Barragán.
