Ruko, is a short film I produced for BuzzFeed’s Pero Like, it has been selected for multiple film festivals in Texas, Florida, Georgia, and California. Ruko, is about an aging once legendary Mexican boxer is determined to fight one last time, proving he still has what it takes in a world that has seemingly forgotten his existence. A documentary crew followed him on his last day of training before the big fight – this is his story.
